1. Do you ship to my country? We ship to almost every country in the world. Whether you are in North America, Europe, or Oceania, we’ll bring our home goods right to your doorstep.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over $100.00.

  • Standard Shipping: Costs range between $14.99 – $19.99 depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for a flat rate of $29.99.

  • PS: Keep an eye out for our site-wide free shipping promotions during sale seasons!

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (excluding customs delays, weekends, and holidays).

  • Processing Time: Usually within 1 business day (may extend to 48-72h during peak holiday seasons).

  • Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 6-8 business days.

4. How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at 17Track. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive? Your satisfaction is our priority. If you do not receive your package within 60 days of the ship date, please contact us at novamerchantstech@gmail.com. We will either resend a new package at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
